1- I have registered, why can't I log in?
Please be aware that you must validate your email address before you can log-in. To do so please click the link in the welcome email sent upon registration.
If you did not receive the email in your inbox, bulk or spam folder you most likely entered your email address incorrectly when you registered. Please try registering again with your correct email address.
If upon attempting to register again you are told the email address is already taken, then you did register with the correct email address, but your email provider has not accepted the welcome email. Make sure that you accept emails from admin@wannabseen.co.uk in your spam filter. You can either try again with a different email address, or contact us and we will remove your previous registration attempt, so you can try again with the same email address.

2-How do I create my profile?
Sign in using your email and password, click on ‘my profile’ and ‘edit profile’ to create your personal profile. When you apply for a job/opportunity, this is what will be sent on to the advertiser. You can update your personal information and photos at any time.

3- Managing favourites
All members and advertisers have access to a favourites menu where they can add all members that they want to contact; they can forward their selections to colleagues, or simply print them to review later.

As a featured member you have the ability to apply for any job/opportunity that you see on the site, but whether you are successful depends on the advertiser. If they are interested in your profile and want to invite you to an audition or casting they will contact you directly.

8- Uploading photos
Featured and commercial members can upload up to 50 photos on their profiles at any one time.
A- Get your photo onto your computer. Photos are uploaded from your computer so you need to download them from your digital camera, digital storage device or other website.
Hard copy photographs will need to be scanned; we do not accept photos by mail.
B- Upload your photos. You can add or remove your photos at any time through the 'photos' link in 'my profile' page.

9- Uploading audio clips
Featured and commercial members can upload up to 3 audio clips to their profiles.
A- Get your audio clip onto your computer. Copy/download the audio file from a tape, CD, DVD or other recording device to your computer.
B- Upload your audio clips. Featured and commercial members can add or remove their audio files at any time through the 'audio' link in 'my profile' page.
We accept most audio formats: WAV, MID, MIDI, RMI, MP3, SND, AU, AIF, AISF, AIFF, WMA.

Featured and commercial members can upload up to 3 video clips on their profiles.
A- Get your video clip onto your computer. Featured members can download/capture your video file from a camera/tape or copy it from a CD, DVD or other recording device.
B- Upload your video clips. Featured members can add or remove their video files at any time through the 'videos' link in 'my profile'.
We accept the following formats: MPEG, MPG, M1V, M2V, MOD, MP2, MPA, MPE, IFO, VOB, ASF, WM, WMA, WMV, WMD, AVI, WMV.

11- Applying for castings
To apply for a role:
- You need to be a wannaBseen.co.uk featured member - register here
- If you're not already, log in and upgrade your membership status.
- Click the apply now button on the casting call.
If you are not a featured member, you will need to subscribe. You can choose how long you want to subscribe for, starting from as little as one month.
When you apply, your profile info is sent to the client that posted the job.

12- Posting a job
Posting a job on wannBseen.co.uk is free and easy. Click the 'post a job' button that is located on the home page.
Please note: All jobs will need to be approved by our customer service team. You will be contacted to confirm that your details are valid. To help with this process please include as much information as possible in your submission.

13- Managing your posted jobs
Editing a posted job: As a security measure, casting calls can only be edited by wannaBseen.co.uk staff. If you would like to make a change, feel free to contact us and we will update your casting call for you.
Accepting applications: You will get emails for all members who have applied to your listing with a link to their profile. Click on the link and evaluate the profile. From there, you can contact successful applicants.

- Inappropriately contacted by a member or advertiser.
